Originally built in 1862 for the Manchester & Salford Bank & located in the historic Grade II listed Bond Building on York Street, Cut & Craft occupies 9,000 sq. ft. of striking hospitality space with capacity for 150 covers.

Delivered on a fast-track programme, our full scope was completed within six weeks, from design detailing and material procurement to fabrication and on-site installation.

Our works included:

  • Central bar feature in bespoke finishes, forming the focal point of the venue.
  • Brass reception desk with clean lines and integrated lighting.
  • Display units in matching brass and timber detailing.
  • Waiter stations and a full concierge desk designed for functionality and flow.
  • A series of privacy screens and decorative dividing elements across the dining areas.
  • Custom woven brass feature panels throughout.
  • Glow tables and integrated planter tables to enhance the dining experience.
  • Full coffee station and DJ unit in bespoke metal and timber.
  • Feature brass screens and media units.
  • Helical staircase with fabricated balustrade and a custom under-stair wine enclosure.
  • Vanity units and various fitted joinery elements across the venue.

This project demonstrates the seamless integration of craftsmanship, coordination, and speed, transforming a heritage building into one of Manchester’s standout restaurant spaces.
